The Jeep Gladiator is designed with a four-door cab, a 5-foot cargo bed with a three-position tailgate, three skid plates, and large off-road tires. The Sport, Sport S, Overland, and Rubicon trims of the Gladiator are equipped with a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 engine teamed with a six-speed manual transmission or an optional eight-speed automatic. Each trim comes standard with the Command-Trac® part-time 4WD system, and the powertrain kicks out 285-hp and 260 lb-ft of torque. The 2020 Gladiator achieves an estimate 23 mpg on the highway and 16 mpg in the city and utilizes stop/start technology to maximize efficiency. The very capable Gladiator has a towing capacity of 7,650 pounds and a payload capacity of 1,600 pounds. 

2019 Honda Ridgeline

The Honda Ridgeline is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 direct-injected engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission and a front-wheel drivetrain. This powertrain produces 280-hp and 262 lb-ft of torque, earns an estimated 26 mpg on the highway and 19 mpg in the city, and has towing and payload capacities of 5,000 and 1,580 pounds respectively. A traction management system with Normal, Snow, Sand, and Mud driving modes comes standard, while an all-wheel-drive system is optional.
