Design and Performance

2019 Ram 2500

The Ram 2500 offers six models, with either 4X2 or 4X4 drive, a regular, crew or mega cab, as well as the option for a 6-foot 4-inch or 8-foot box. A 6.4-liter heavy-duty V8 HEMI® teams with an eight-speed automatic transmission to generate 410-hp and 429 lb-ft of torque. A newly available 6.7-liter CUMMINS® inline six-cylinder turbo diesel mated to a six-speed automatic transmission packs 370-hp and 850 lb-ft of torque.

2019 Ford F-250

The Ford F-250 is available in six trims, two or four-wheel drive, a two-door regular cab and four-door crew and extended super cabs, and standard 6-foot 4-inch or 8-foot-long beds. The powertrains consist of a 6.2-liter Flex-Fuel V8 paired with a six-speed automatic for 385-hp and 430 lb-ft of torque, a ten-speed 7.3-liter V8, and a 6.7-liter Power Stroke® turbo-diesel which produces 450-hp and 935 lb-ft of torque.

Technology

A Uconnect® 3 infotainment system with a 5.0-inch touchscreen display, integrated voice command with Bluetooth®, a four-speaker audio system, and five USB ports come standard. Optional features include the Uconnect® 4C system, Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ integration, SiriusXM® satellite radio, wireless charging, and a 750-watt Harman Kardon® premium audio system with seventeen speakers. Additionally, the Ram 2500 has an available 12.0-inch touchscreen display which is the largest screen offered in a heavy-duty truck.

Technology is included with the F-250 with a voice recognition system, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a USB port, and a wireless charging pad. The SYNC® 3 infotainment system, an 8.0-inch touchscreen, a ten-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, and the FordPass Connect ™app to get vehicle health alerts as well as lock, unlock, and track fuel use are optional.

Keyless Enter ‘n Go with a push-button start, a versatile 40/20/40-split-bench seat, and a center console with storage space to fit a 15.0-inch laptop are standard. Leather-appointed seating, heated front seats, reclining rear seats, and a power-release tailgate are available. Also, power running boards for easier entry and exit, heated exterior mirrors, and trailer tow mirrors are optional.

Standard are a 40/20/40-split front bench seat with optional heated and cooled 10-way power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, a lockable under-seat storage box, and the BoxLink™ secure cargo tie-down system. More available features consist of a remote tailgate release, power-folding and retractable side mirrors, and power-retractable steps.
